A different approach to stock
Live stock means live stock
We sell what we know exists.
Our website shows live availability against physical UK stock, so approved customers can see what is genuinely available rather than working from an out-of-date spreadsheet.
We have taken the same approach to incoming stock. We don't believe customers should be asked to commit money against products that are merely expected to be manufactured, loaded or shipped. Incoming products are only made available for pre-purchase once the contents of the shipment have been verified. Until we have reliable confirmation of what has actually been loaded, we don't sell it.
Once verified, incoming quantities can appear through our Due Stock system with live pre-purchase availability and expected arrival information. As that stock is reserved or purchased, the available quantity changes with it.
